The Master of Accounting Program Faculty of Economics and Bussiness Universitas Trisakti conducted an academic visit to Sichuan Open University, Chengdu, China, on January 27, 2026, as part of its strategic initiative to explore and strengthen international academic cooperation.

The Maksi FEB Usakti delegation was represented by Dr. Sekar Mayangsari, Ak., CA., CMA, Head of the Master of Accounting Program. The delegation was warmly welcomed by Su Lihua, Dean of the School of International Education of Sichuan Open University. The academic meeting was also attended by Tan Zheng, Dean of the School of Economics and Management, Chen Wei, Vice Dean of the School of Economics and Management, along with faculty members from the School of International Education.

During the academic symposium, both institutions presented their respective profiles. Sichuan Open University highlighted its progress in academic program development, curriculum structure, and teaching achievements. Meanwhile, Dr. Sekar Mayangsari introduced universitas trisakti history, vision and mission, the Master of Accounting academic system, and its quality assurance mechanisms.

The discussion explored various potential collaboration opportunities, including student exchange programs, cultural programs, lecturer exchange and collaboration, joint course development, collaborative academic research, and short-term academic programs.

Following the symposium, the Maksi FEB Usakti delegation visited the university’s One-Stop Service Hall, gaining insights into its integrated academic service system. Both institutions expressed mutual satisfaction with the outcomes of the visit and conveyed strong commitment to advancing future collaboration, aiming to enhance global academic exposure and excellence for students and faculty members.
