The Master of Accounting Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Trisakti University received a visit from an international guest lecturer, Tarmo Kadak, who serves as Associate Professor and Head of Studies in Accounting at Tallinn University of Technology, Estonia. This activity took place on April 6-12, 2026 as part of the internationalization and improvement program of academic quality.

During his visit, Mr. Tarmo Kadak gave lectures in international classes and the Master of Accounting Program of FEB Trisakti University. The topic raised was “When Performance Management Systems Are Successful”, which discussed how performance management systems can run effectively in supporting the achievement of organizational goals.

The lectures took place in a very interactive manner, where students showed high enthusiasm through various questions, discussions, and case studies relevant to the practice of the world of work. This activity not only enriches students’ academic insights, but also provides a global perspective in the field of accounting and management.

In addition to academic activities, this visit was also filled with a cultural exchange agenda. Mr. Tarmo Kadak had the opportunity to visit West Sumatra to get to know Indonesian culture more closely. On this occasion, he was introduced to various local cultural riches, including Indonesian cuisine.

One of the most memorable experiences was tasting Rendang, which is known as one of the most delicious foods in the world. This experience is an important part of strengthening cultural ties between Indonesia and Estonia.

Through this activity, it is hoped that academic cooperation between Trisakti University and Tallinn University of Technology can continue to develop and make a positive contribution to improving the quality of higher education at the international level.
